		<description>I love the line &#039;in search of symptoms of exertion&#039;.  I would estimate that it describes a solid 60-70% or more of those you will find in a given fitness facility.  Sad but true.  Even in today&#039;s advanced society where information is literally at our fingertips, people either refuse or simply are too lazy to invest the time required to map out their path from hither to yon with regard to their fitness.

Invest in your health and you invest in your future.
